I congratulate you on taking the first step and investing in yourself by participating this program to support your well being. Over the next five weeks you are going to learn strategies, techniques and tools to help you de-stress, create balance and find peace in your life everyday. It is widely accepted that at least 80% of all known diseases are stress related, so lowering and managing your stress levels will have a positive effect on your health, for the rest of your life.
The Balanced Life Formula consists of 5 Modules;
In Module #1, you will learn how to breathe in a way that reduces stress and anxiety, and promotes calmness and awareness.
In Module #2, you will know how to instantly connect with your inner strength, power and wisdom.
In Module #3, you will discover a simple way to shift your mind from a negative state to a state of happiness.
In Module #4, you will understand how to choose what kind of day you want to have and take control of how you feel, no matter what the situation is.
In Module #5, you will learn 5 simple, quick ways to de-stress any time any place
Your level of success in this program is completely dependent upon your willingness to show up, do the practices as suggested, and keep an open mind. Remember to complete and return your Initial Assessment before you start the program!
I know you are busy and overwhelmed, so I have made this program incredibly easy for you to complete. In each module I teach you a simple, extremely effective practice, and I explain the gift that comes with that practice, so you can understand the incredible benefits of each practice and know that your efforts will be well rewarded. This program has worked for me and thousands of others. Walk through each of the steps as I outline them, and you will enjoy less stress, more balance and more peace in your life. You are worth it, and yes, you can do this!
Look for your first module to arrive in your inbox tomorrow. Each week for the next 5 weeks following you will receive your new module. After listening to the audio lesson, print the attached worksheet and accountability tracker and set aside time every day to practice the lesson. Consistently doing the work between each of the modules is where you will notice the change. Doing the lessons here and there will probably not give you the outcome that you are looking for; so I encourage you to set aside 15 to 30 minutes daily to work the program so that you get the positive benefits that you want and deserve. At the end of your program another assessment will be sent to you so you can track your progress and see the results of your committed efforts.
