If you are like me, when you started your business you had a vision, you had goal markers and a dream and then the business grew and took over.  You become the GO TO person for every problem and situation, you don’t mind what you are doing but you are not doing the parts of your business that you love.  You are caught in the day-to-day operations of your company and haven’t figured out how to step outside of this and do those parts that need your attention in order to continue growing your business.

As business owners you never know what your future holds in your business, you have a dream for where your business will take you but when you are in the weeds operating your business it is easy to lose sight of the big picture and operate at a stress level just getting stuff done.

If that is you, the question is, are you willing to stay here and forgo future planning and think it is no big deal because you need to deal with what is in front of you? Do you think that your future planning will always be there and you can deal with it later when you have time.
