You become the GO TO person for every problem and situation, you don’t mind what you are doing but you are not doing the parts of your business that you love. You are caught in the day-to-day operations of your company and haven’t figured out how to step outside of this and do those parts that need your attention in order to continue growing your business.
As business owners you never know what your future holds in your business, you have a dream for where your business will take you but when you are in the weeds operating your business it is easy to lose sight of the big picture and operate at a stress level just getting stuff done.
