Notify THE COMPANY via email of your dissatisfaction with, and desire for refund of, multi-part online products prior to the start of the second scheduled online session or download of the second part of the multipart session. Upon receipt of notification as specified above, you will receive a return email confirming receipt of your email, the company will then process your refund of the purchase price for the online virtual program product.
